Jobs that are not in a tracker

Every scan you run can live on a tracker board. A few do not. Those jobs still exist and still count, they just do not appear on any board.

How a job ends up here

• It is older than your boards. Scans created before your trackers were set up were never filed anywhere.
• You have no tracker. If you have deleted all of your trackers there is no board to put a new job on, so it waits here until you create one.

Finding them

If you have any, a Not in a tracker row appears at the top of your tracker list in the sidebar with a count next to it. There is also a Not in a tracker button on the Job Scans page. Either one filters the list to those jobs.

What "not in a tracker" actually means

It means the job has no list, so it has no column to sit in and you cannot drag it through a pipeline.

It does not mean the job is ignored. Its status still counts towards the numbers on your dashboard, because those are counted from each job's own status rather than from the board it sits on. A job marked Applied counts as applied whether or not it is on a board.

Filing them

Two ways, depending on how many you have:

• One at a time. Each row has a folder button next to its menu. Click it and pick a list.
• Several at once. Tick the rows you want, or tick the header checkbox and then take the offer to select all of them, then choose Move to tracker.

If you have no tracker yet, create one first and these jobs become filable.

Jobs moved into a list that has a status set will take that status. Jobs moved into a list without one keep the status they had.

Once the last one is filed the count disappears and the row leaves your sidebar.
