SkillSyncer offers a powerful suite of features to help users streamline their job search and resume optimization efforts. Below is an overview of the platform’s core features and how they work together to increase your chances of landing your dream job.


Main Features

Scans

You can easily start a new scan directly from the Home Page or the Job Scans history page.

Creating a New Scan

Job scans compare your resume with a job description to generate a match score and suggest improvements to optimize your resume for ATS and recruiters.

Scans Overview

These are minor features that can be accessed directly from the scan screen.

Additional Scan Features

The Match Report evaluates how closely your resume aligns with the job description, using a scoring algorithm that mimics how Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) score resumes.
